As Tel Aviv - Jaffa residents: why does AutoTel take our scarce parking spots from us?
We understand your concern. Here are a few words about the AutoTel service: AutoTel has 520 parking spaces throughout Tel Aviv - Jaffa (0.175% of the public parking spots in the city). 7500 clients are using those spots. Every AutoTel car serves an average of 17 families. You see? The story is simple - if more people use AutoTel and other public transportation, you'll get more available parking spots in the city (and fresh air and less traffic too). When defining the exact amount of AutoTel parking spots, we involved many experts, including city architects, environmental experts and so on.
