Goto Car Sharing T.L.V., Limited Partnership, Partnership Number 550268536 (”The Partnership”), operator of the car-sharing service AUTOTEL is offering the following promotional sale (”The sale”):

Eligible for the sale: AUTOTEL subscribers, whether existing or new.
2. Period in effect: September 27th 2021 until October 31st, 2022 (including).
3. Terms and conditions: During the sale period AUTOTEL subscribers will benefit from the lowest rate out of the following optional rates:
3.1 Option A – the regular rate per trip, based on the duration and stopovers, according to the subscriber’s service track (”Regular Rate”).
3.2 Option B – Sale rate based on trip duration and distance, according to the following calculation (”Sale Rate”):
3.2.1 Trip duration cost
- The first 3 hours (or part thereof) – 79 ₪.
- From the fourth hour, 20 ₪ for every additional hour (or part thereof).
3.2.2 Trip distance cost
- 1 ₪ per kilometer (or part thereof).
- A trip will be calculated from start time until end of trip time – the sale rate is only available for continuous trips, and not for split trips,
- without restrictions on the number of times you may take advantage of the special offer during the sale period.
- The sale prices include VAT.
- Calculation: At the end of a trip, in the event that the regular price is higher than 79 ₪, a review of the trip price will be conducted, to check the trip cost under the sale terms, as detailed above in section 3.2, and compare it to the regular price, as provided in section 3.1 above. Following this review, the subscriber will be charged according to the lower of the two above options, and an invoice will be sent up to 7 business days later.

Miscellaneous:
5.1 It is clarified that the regular price and the sale price do not include the monthly subscription fees and any other payment, including fines.
5.2 The provisions of the above conditions overcome any other provision in any other marketing materials concerning this sale.
5.3 The Company may change and/or update the terms of the sale at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice, provided that such notice will appear on the AUTOTEL website.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to extend and/or shorten the sale period and/or cancel it for any reason, in its sole discretion, and the subscribers will wave any claims, provided that the above notice will appear on the AUTOTEL website.

5.7 The Hebrew version of this Terms and Conditions will be the binding version and in the event of any discrepancies and/or inconsistencies between this Hebrew version of this Terms and Conditions and its English version, the Hebrew version will be the binding and prevailing version.
The exclusive local judgment authority for any matter relating to the sale and/or an interpretation of this document lies with the Tel Aviv-Jaffa courts. Errors and Omissions Excepted
